Victoria has been working with me since January by a 2 day per week regimen. After the first 2 weeks I could already tell an improvement in the flexibility in my legs. After month 1 of consistent workouts 2 days a week I was able to 10 reps of each exercise without her having to pause at rep 5 or 8. Victoria is also knowledgeable in providing alternative methods of doing a particular exercise if you do have injuries or mobility issues. Overall recommend 100%. Just seeing how much my core and flexibility has improved keeps me motivated to continue working with her!
